Pre-publication review: This policy describes the website as built. ILBEX LLC should have legal counsel review it before replacing the current production site.

This Privacy Policy explains how ILBEX LLC collects, uses, and protects information submitted through ilbex.com for commercial cleaning quotes, project bids, floor assessments, and related inquiries.

Information the website collects

Depending on the request type, the website may collect:

Company, contact name, job title, business email, phone, and preferred contact method.
Facility or project location, facility type, service requested, timing, frequency, approximate area, and scope notes.
A secure link supplied by the user to plans or bid documents. The website does not accept direct file uploads.
Floor or surface type, condition, desired result, and approximate area.
Initial landing page, referring page, and UTM campaign values used to understand lead source.
Technical data used for security, including a one-way hash derived from the requesting IP address for short-term rate limiting.

How information is used

ILBEX LLC may use submitted information to:

Review and respond to a commercial inquiry.
Prepare or discuss a proposal, walkthrough, bid, or assessment.
Coordinate authorized follow-up about the project or facility.
Protect the website from spam and abusive submissions.
Measure website conversion activity when analytics is configured.

Form delivery providers

The production site may deliver form data by email through Resend and/or to a configured secure webhook used by an authorized CRM or business workflow. These integrations are inactive until ILBEX LLC configures the required server-side credentials. The website does not expose those credentials in browser code.

Analytics and spam protection

Google Analytics 4 may be enabled through an environment variable to measure actions such as form submissions and phone-link clicks. Cloudflare Turnstile may be enabled to help prevent spam. If these services are not configured, their scripts are not loaded. Consent handling must be reviewed for the final production configuration and applicable requirements.

The website uses browser session storage to preserve non-personal campaign attribution while a visitor moves between pages. This session value contains the landing URL, referrer, and UTM values and is submitted only when the visitor sends a lead form.

Retention and access

ILBEX LLC should retain inquiry information only as long as reasonably needed to evaluate the request, maintain business records, protect the service, and meet applicable obligations. Final retention periods and any request process for access, correction, or deletion require legal and operational confirmation before launch.

Security

The website uses server-side validation, input-length limits, origin checks, rate limiting, a honeypot, optional Turnstile verification, and server-side delivery credentials. No internet transmission or storage system can be represented as completely secure.
